Any shortages or non-deliveries must be reported within 3 days of your order being delivered.

Please enclose your name and address, the reason for returning the item, and whether you would prefer a replacement or refund.
Postage costs will be refunded only if the return is necessitated by an error on the part of the Voltage Conversion Company, or if the product is faulty.
If you request a refund, your payment for the item will be refunded within 5 working days.
None of the above terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
What About After Sales Support?
Anything you buy from us is guaranteed for at least one year (sometimes more), and everything carries a 30 day no quibble return option. If you have a problem using anything that you buy from us, we will be pleased to advise you via e-mail or phone. Because we only sell a small selection of goods, we are quite knowledgeable about them and will do our best to help you. We will also put you in touch with the manufacturer if that will help.
What About Repairs After The Guarantee Period?
We do not repair goods ourselves. We do not recommend any particular repair agent or company. We do not sell any extended warranty as we do not regard them as good value. If you want to take out an extended warranty we suggest you contact your insurance company.
The product's manufacturer will usually be able to advise you about repairs.
