Power Inverter - 24V DC input, 220V AC output. Modified Sine Wave power inverter with 2300 Watt Continuous 4600 Watt peak power. Will run low, medium and high wattage power tools, audio equipment, PCs etc from a 24V vehicle battery.

The Power Bright ERP2300 can manage 4600 Watts for a short while, this covers the surge that many appliances have when switched on, and 2300 watts over a longer period. This is a modified sine wave inverter, which means it is fine for most applications.
It is not suitable for
capacitive
loads (such as fluorescent lighting) for these you must use a Pure Sine Wave Inverter. It is also not suitable for some AC/DC fast chargers such as those used to charge cordless drills.
The Power Bright ERP2300 connects direct to a 24V leisure or vehicle battery. The Power Bright ERP2300 comes with spare fuses. The power inverter has in-built protection to stop you from flattening your 24V battery. If the input from the battery drops below 21V there is an audible alarm, below 20V, the inverter will turn itself off.
There is over-voltage protection, the power inverter will turn itself off if the input exceeds 30V. There is also over-heat protection. The Power Bright ERP2300 is fitted with a cooling fan. It also has a digital display that can be switched to display either the Watts or the Volts.
The unit has one universal AC socket, so it can accept either a British/Irish three pin plug or any continental European plug. There are sockets in the unit casing for permanent mounting. Dimensions 310mm x 230mm x 90mm.
The Power Bright ERP2300 comes with a free wireless remote control, allowing you to switch the inverter on and off from over 20 metres away. |
